The choice to begin the day in silence is not simply a preference for quiet; it’s a strategic cerebral and physiological estimation. In a world defined by “constant connectivity,” the most successful individuals, from elite CEOs to creative icons, treat the first hour of the morning as a sacred buffer zone. By deliberately delaying the noise of emails, news, and social demands, they save their cognitive “operating system” from being commandeered by external stressors.
