Meditative waking up could be a method of deciding what your whole day is going to be like. You could not hurry out in the mornings and feel weak and attempt to make a shower before going to work, but you can take time off and have a seat and give a few moments to what you are thinking and seeing. You do not need to be elaborate and time consuming to make a conscious morning routine. The mere habit of taking a walk will put you into a calmer state, wake you up and put you more on the par with whatever the day will bring. It is these small gestures of awareness, gratitude and attention that will aid you in getting your mind and body in a balanced situation instead of the stressed situation in the situation at hand.
Gentle Awakening

How you wake up in the morn is more important than you probably think. Not rushing, taking up the phone, jumping out of bed will also allow you to have some quiet time. Deeply inhale, and stretch out some distances with your body and leave it to the natural wakefulness. This brief silence will put your brain to sleep catapulting into a wake.
Deep Breathing

One of the easiest ways of relaxing is by breathing mindfully. CAREFULLY though take a minute or two breathing slowly. Be conscious of the in and out breathing rhythm. This practice will be able to loosen up your nervous system and provide a state of mental clarity.
Gratitude Moment

By showing gratitude, attitude may change in no time. Consider three aspects, which you like about your life. They do not have to be huge successes, even the smallest element of the life like peaceful morning or people on my side makes one feel and warm and good attitude.
Mindful Stretching

The stretching of the body will give the body some movement and will wake the inflexibility of the sleep body. You can also experience what your muscles are like during the stretching and may move as slowly as you can during each breath. It is this consciousness that is related to your body and mind hence the balance achieved.
Positive Intention

You might make a plan of what you will do during the day. It may be a basic aspect that you can be tolerant, determined in whatever you are doing or selfless. It is also a good intention since it will help you sleep during the day.
Quiet Reflection

Go to business and just sit and think and not to analyze them. This will enable you to be aware of what you are feeling as well as enabling the scope of the brain even before going out on the daily activities.
Mindful Hydration

The gradual dispensing of a glass of water when one wakes up might be refreshing. Become aware of such simple things as drinking and how it can make the body refreshed. And this simple habit is helpful both in the bodily, and in the spiritual health.
Gentle Movement

Simple physical exercise or a simple walk can help to increase the circulation and the level of energy. Exercising yoga will bring you to a more alert life, about to live the day.
Limit Early Distractions

One should not note social media or email at the beginning of the day. Giving yourself a break to relax yourself and do without any form of technology would make your mind stick to the track rather than flood with information.
Mindful Start to Work

At the beginning of the daily activities, you need to be efforting to do one thing at a time. The immediacy to all that is happening will make you really focused and less stressed on having to do whatever will make your day more marathon like.
