The majority of the people who were the fat during childhood years in their life continue the habits into their adulthood which can affect the health, self confidence and lifestyle of the people. The habits tend to be a coping style, a habit or pattern picked and taught at a tender age and may be maintained till the later stage in the life where the weight has already been changed. They are not the habits identification which is blame oriented but the understanding that the past experience can be used in taking the long term decisions. Avoiding exercise persists

Working out may be a very intimidating episode because the experiences of the physical activity during the childhood are pitiful like being mocked or having insults. This causes the adults to be tempted to ignore the normal exercise, not only in terms of wellbeing and fitness.

It increases appearance self-consciousness

The first impressions are generally difficult to forget, and those are body image. The malfunction of the adults may also be in their religious belief in the social environment or evading the circumstances that provoke the emphasis on their bodies, disrupting the communication process in the social and labor settings.

Snacking is made into a habit

The development and maintenance of snacking habit which is a coping method or reward obtained during childhood can be transferred to adulthood. The specified behaviour results in the unintentional meal intake and makes the well-planned meal intake more challenging.

Not dominant when it comes to sharing

Growing up in the family that the food instructions of the servings were not regular may result in problems in the selection of the correct servings. It is possible to eat more than normal and push the encouragement further till even an adult, which has not fed in the recent past is motivated.

Addiction to fast foods

Perhaps, it was their time to consume processed foods and fast foods in the younger days and it then became a habit of relying on the convenience foods conveniently on the adult years. The habit could reduce the quality of food intake in daily food consumption as well as result in the increased number of daily foods being added to the intake of the surplus sugar and fats.

Avoiding medical checkups

The cause of indecency of adults to visit doctors immediately could be the discomfort of health monitoring in adults or bad childhood experience of weight that cannot help prevent the health care and treat the health issues at an early stage.

Dislikeness of similarity with other individuals

The social status of childhood versus body size may have a lasting influence of biasing self esteem on the basis of the body size. Self esteem, enthusiasm and self-psyche of life may be affected by such an attitude.

Minimize the importance of sleep

The atypical shapes reached during youth or in habits of stress may last and one would be more concerned with the pleasurable sleeping. Poor sleep is affected by metabolism, appetite control and health.

Intolerance of ability to develop habitual patterns

Perhaps, there were no routines within childish habits that concerned eating, doing and taking care of oneself. It makes it difficult to establish ordinary, routine, and common practices and transforms them into a concept and vision.
